We’re kicking off our 2015 Wine & Dine Series at Gracie’s to honor the recent fiasco over at the Port of Portland!! While we’re waiting for various wines to arrive, we have decided to utilize the good things that are available to us and do a seamless and themeless tasting featuring 4 flights of 8 delectable wines specifically paired with Gracie’s Chef Mark Hosack’s most flavorful bites. A wonderful exercise in exciting food and wine pairings, this will undoubtedly prove to be diverse and delicious!!!
