HOLIDAY BUBBLEBATH
It took a little bit of sweating and time but we are on for our annual BubbleBath and at a new and exciting venue!
This year’s Champagne Wine & Food Pairings Tasting will be over-the-moon and we are immensely excited to partner with Altabira City Tavern at the new Hotel Eastlund, the new project from Dave Machado, he of Pazzo, Lauro and Nel Centro fame.
Each year we come up with a sort of these for the holiday Champagne festival and this year we decided to present a range of multi-vintage (MV) that scale from peaks to even loftier heights than one can only imagine. A number of different growers and houses will be represented and all solely from France’s Champagne region and will be paired with a menu from Chef Cara Powell.

The bubblebath is always our most popular tasting. As mentioned in previous years, we have actually heard of divorce threats from Champagne-loving spouses if they are unable to obtain a seat. Seating is limited to 50 and they will go quickly!
